This project aims to raise awareness about migration in Europe and promote social cohesion by fostering mutual understanding among young Europeans. It focuses on overcoming prejudices and communication barriers that arise from cultural differences, particularly for migrants and ethnic minorities. By creating a safe space for dialogue, the project will help develop cultural sensitivity, open-mindedness, and inclusivity, addressing challenges such as cultural shock and social isolation.
The project uses food as a universal tool for building connections across cultures, demonstrating how sharing meals fosters empathy, respect, and stronger relationships. Through creative methods, participants will learn to appreciate cultural diversity, using food to bridge gaps, resolve conflicts, and create understanding. By promoting these values, the project will contribute to a more inclusive and harmonious society.
